we will identify potential locations. Being local, we will gather whatever we perceive as essential data, whether you ask for it or not. We will then take things
forward based on your interest.
We offer completely customised services, be it bare bones facilitation of a purchase, or verified purchase with surveyed, pre fenced land, leading on to post purchase services
like facilitating the procurement / renaming of an electric connection, construction of your dream home or anything else that forms part of the process of you owning a
home/holiday home, managing and running a semi commercial operations of a home stay on a revenue share basis.
Using Our Services
Our opening fee for the discussions is ₹2500. This makes us serious about the job we are handling, and it also makes sure that you are truly keen on the transaction.
The final fee will be based on the size, scope and duration of the transaction. We will of course discuss and decide the fee based on the scope of the work at hand, and
the amount of involvement you expect from us. that We are sure that the fee that we shall discuss and agree on, you will find is very small compared
to the peace of mind that you will have as you move along the steps to acquiring property in the sleepy coastal areas of the Uttara Kannada District.
Our focus is on providing tailored services based on your requirement. Most importantly we will keep the transaction something that you will feel confident about
your purchase, that you have complete ownership of the land.

Exclusions and limitations
Our role as a facilitator is limited to making the information and documents available as we have received them. While we strive to provide the complete picture,
we will be limited by the information provided to us / sourced by us. So it is upon you to decide the scope of the job handed to us, and some scope items which might
not lead to a sale can still be chargeable, such a due diligence of a land conducted on our end, which might cause the transaction to fall through.
